We serve selected, perfectly balanced, Mediterranean specialities: delicious antipasti, freshly made pasta, fish specialities such as branzino or gilthead from the Mediterranean Sea, grilled meat selections.

One highlight is our stone-baked pizza. Our guests can watch the pizza chef prepare their pizza. See for yourself how he rolls out the dough, selects the fresh ingredients as you wish, and bakes the pizza in the stone oven.

Experience a piece of Italy in the warm Mediterranean atmosphere of our Ristorante Rossini, which has a capacity of 80 seats on the terrace and 180 seats in the indoor area.

We are especially proud of our wine list. Treat yourself to a glass of one of our personally selected wines from Northern Italy. We have maintained business relationships and friendships with a number of estates there.

We invest time and effort in the selection of our wines: we familiarise ourselves with wine-growing regions and visit the estates, watch the wine-growers at work, and talk about their wines with them. We share their happiness when they go into raptures about newly created cuvee wines.

Every Sunday, Ristorante Rossini welcomes its guests to the popular, Italian style Rossini Brunch (11.30 a.m. – 2 p.m.). Spend a wonderful, relaxed, and enjoyable time with your loved ones in a cosy atmosphere and take your pick from our sumptuous buffet with Mediterranean delicacies such as antipasti, salad, pasta and pizza variations, and exquisite desserts.

By the way: children up to 4 years are free.

A highlight for our business guests is our Business Lunch, Monday – Friday, 11.30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
